The Big Conversation of ‘The Katie Show’ recently featured Snowflakes and the amazing story of an infertile couple who built their family with the help of embryo adoption.
Snowflakes family Dan and Kelli Gassman and their 9-month old son Trever were guests on the program sharing why they chose embryo adoption once natural family building was no longer an option. The Gassmans adopted 11 embryos from their Genetic [donor] family and announced on the show that they are pregnant with Trevor’s genetic sibling. The Oregon family explained they were excited to learn about embryo adoption from their family physician. They discovered early on in their marriage that they were facing infertility problems. Kelli and Dan chose embryo adoption as their solution rather than IVF and the purchase of expensive donor human eggs.
