Nightlight is for the first time in our history able to purchase (instead of lease) our own building in Orange County, California! In order for us to reach our budget for this project, we need to raise $200,000 before the close of escrow for the down payment. We want you to know that purchasing a permanent building for Nightlight is an act of good stewardship. It will allow us to put our monthly payment toward principle, rather than rent. But even more important, ownership of our building will free up cash flow, so we can concentrate more resources on our mission of getting more kids adopted. Equity in our building will also apply to our financial liquidity requirements for Hague accreditation. All in all, we believe this is the right step for us to take – with your help.
