Domestic Adoption & Domestic Homestudy
All application materials are included in the adoption packets below. California residents must use Nightlight's CA Domestic Adoption Program, and South Carolina residents must use the SC Domestic Adoption Program. Residents of other states should contact us about which program would better for you.
Application materials in each packet are state specific (CA or SC), and forms from one packet cannot be used for the other program. For more details about applying, find the "Getting Started Checklist" in the appropriate packet below.
