These are the full applications to become a client of Nightlight. If you're not ready for that step yet, you might consider completing our preliminary application:

Are you considering adoption and just not sure where to begin? Just complete this short, preliminary application and email it off to us (info@nightlight.org) and we will contact you within a week. It's that simple.
